 Complete (1) form for each Pet Holiday Gram you are redeeming. There is a five-day turnaround required to personalize your Singing Holiday Gram. Order by December 18th for delivery by December 25th. January 31, 2022 is the last available delivery date for Singing Holiday Grams.

Why do i have to redeem each gram individually?

You've purchased a bundle of 3 Holiday Singing Grams. Each Gram will be sent to a unique recipient by email. You may choose from three classic holiday songs for each Gram, and add a personalized message to be included with each gram. Completing a unique redemption form for each recipient ensures the correct song choice and message are associated with your Singing Gram, and provide us with a record of your request.

How do i find my order number?

When you ordered and paid for your Singing Pet Gram, you are presented with an onscreen confirmation message that includes your Order Number. You will also receive an email confirmation message to the Senderthat includes your Order Number.

Turnaround time and delivery dates

Please allow five days turnaround time for each Singing Gram you redeem. For delivery by December 24th, place your Gram orders by December 18th. Turnaround times are in business days not including holidays.
