Celebrating 75 Years of Four-Part A Cappella Barbershop Harmony


For three-quarters of a century, the San Diego Chorus has stood as a passionate, award-winning advocate of music, education and community. As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we continue our legacy as a competitive chorus performing 4-part, a cappella harmony in the barbershop style.
Today, the San Diego Chorus reaches audiences of over 30,000 annually through performances and competitions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally — carrying 75 years of tradition into every note.

San Diego Chorus to Perform at 7th Annual Music on the Porch Day 
The San Diego Chorus is among the performers in the 7th annual Music on the Porch Day, hosted by SoloVoce. Enjoy an afternoon of 4-part a cappella harmony featuring choruses and quartets from around the region as well as special guests. This family-friendly event is FREE to participants and attendees alike. Plentiful parking and onsite restrooms are available. Bring shade, snacks, and hydration, and enjoy a summer afternoon bursting with ringing chords.
