Why do i have to redeem each gram individually?
You've purchased a bundle of 3 Holiday Singing Grams. Each Gram will be sent to a unique recipient by email. You may choose from three classic holiday songs for each Gram, and add a personalized message to be included with each gram. Completing a unique redemption form for each recipient ensures the correct song choice and message are associated with your Singing Gram, and provide us with a record of your request.
How do i find my order number?
When you placed your original order and paid for your 3 Holiday Singing Grams, you received an onscreen message and email confirmation message that both include your order number.
Turnaround time and delivery dates
Please allow five days turnaround time for each Singing Gram you redeem. For delivery by December 24th, place your Gram orders by December 18th. Turnaround times are in business days not including holidays.
what are my song choices?
You have three classic a cappella Holiday song choices for each Singing Gram: Jingle Bells, Silent Night and S'vivon.

HOW WILL MY PERSONAL MESSAGE APPEAR?
If you opt to include a written personal message, a member of the San Diego Chorus will record a video reading of your message that will be edited into the final virtual Singing Gram.
