Fabulous Singers!

I am excited to be in this new contest cycle with you as we explore new skills and create fresh energy. We are in an incredible place of growth, both individually and as a group. We have the wisdom of experienced singers and the exuberance of new faces. What a perfect time and place to share our message of making the most of each and every moment, and doing so together.

The San Diego Chorus has the unique opportunity to deliver our art and our message to singers from TWO regions this year, and I can't wait to do so. I appreciate your hard work, your preparation, and your presence. Let's go have a beautiful, glorious, FABULOUS time together.

Trust in your abilities, each other, and the music we create together. When you step onto that stage, remember that you are not just performing—you are sharing something powerful and beautiful with your audience. Let your confidence shine and most of all, enjoy the moment!

To my Chorus Family!

As a competitive chorus, these regional weekends are an essential part of our chorus culture. Spending the weekend together crafting our shared passion connects us and forms strong bonds that can last a lifetime. I can't wait! Region 21 has always been so supportive and enthusiastic, and this year we have an incredible opportunity to share our talents with Region 11 as well. How cool that we are the first regions to try a double contest?? We are trailblazers for sure!

​We have so much talent within our chorus. Our newest members have learned at an astounding pace. Their enthusiasm combined with the wisdom, confidence, and experience of our longtime members creates a very strong collective skill-set. Let's harness all of it onstage! I know people will be moved by our poignant ballad and entertained by our fun uptune. We can be proud of what we're putting on the competition stage and we'll come home feeling even more connected to each other, excited about this continual learning process.
