- Plan to bring your own lanyard/badge holder.
- Feel free to bring extra badge holders to share!
- Decorate the edges of your badge holders to show your personality.
- Badge holders will be available at the registration table if absolutely needed.
CONTEST DAY ELEVATOR ACCESS
- IMPORTANT! Please be aware that key access for the elevators will be DEACTIVATED during the Quartet and Chorus contests.
- During the Chorus Contest, the stairs at the end of the second-floor hallway lead directly to the lobby level and the Lighthouse Room (official photography location).
- Be mindful that the Contest Staff is moving choruses through the pattern, which involves first and second-floor spaces. Contestants may also opt to use the stairs instead of elevators.
CONTEST BAGS
- Each chorus is allowed only FIVE row bags and a shoe bag.
- Minimize what you bring on contest day as much as possible.
- A small make-up or sandwich-sized bag to tuck essentials like lipstick, room key, cell phone, and a small amount of cash is ideal.
- Roomates may consider sharing a bag.
- All items will be returned to you when you exit the stage in the Salon E side lobby area
PATTERN ETIQUETTE
